![]() ![]() Kumara Kumara, born in Germany, Kumara is a true renaissance man: master carpenter, Swami, organic farmer, yogi, artist, animal intuitive & healer. At a young age he received visions from Spirit, and has always lived by following his heart. “Called” to India with $35 in his pocket, he met many wise teachers including the Dalai Lama, Sai Baba, and eventually had the encounter with his guru, Neem Karoli Baba, that would forever alter the course of his life. Finding a teacher who was Baba’s devotee, he moved to America to live in an interfaith spiritual community as a monk for 22 years, practicing meditation, yoga, breathwork, chanting, mantra repetition and service work. Kumara was initiated as Swami and hosted dignitaries including the Dalai Lama’s brother, Yogiji (head of western Sikhs), Rabbi Zalman-Schacter, Guru Ma and Chalanda Sai Ma.
