Motivation is tricky. Without it not much really happens. Some days its more difficult to get going than others. .

Keeping a motivation list handy helps because it’s what you do on a daily basis that is going to determine the quality of your life.

That being said, you are only decision away from a different job, better relationships, more income, or improved health. Your entire life boils down those daily micro decisions that you make from the moment you wake up.

1.) Wake up the same time everyday.

2.) Drink 1-2 glasses of water immediately after you get up.

3.) Lightly stretch your body.

4.) Make your bed. It feels great to start the day accomplishing one task right first thing in the AM.

5.) Say “Thank you” – realize you are awake and alive with a brand new day in front of you.

6.) Limit television and purge the urge to check your cell phone for the first hour.

7.) Read 5-10 pages in a book or listen to a podcast.

8.) Play music that inspires you- and dance to one song.

9.) Light a paraffin free candle with a beautiful scent.

10.) Drink a ginger shot. Take your supplements. Include Vitamin D.

11.) Work out.  Go for a brisk walk. Lift weights. Take a spin class. Go to yoga.
