What if you could get twice as much done, lower your stress level and avoid burnout all at the same time?
Studies have proven that it is possible; you just need to add a few tools to your toolbox. First, start by focusing on YOU first thing by working out, meditating or eating/drinking something that is super good for you. Think 80-20% realizing that 20% of what you do is 80% of your results, then cut your “to do” list in half and focus only on what matters most. Take frequent “refuel” breaks so you don’t burnout and can be your creative best. Do the most challenging things on your list first thing in the morning before lunch, have an email system by responding immediately or putting email into files so you can reply when needed, do one thing at a time, decide to be your disciplined best, and create routines that become rituals.
