Ever wonder why when you set goals you start off strong and then fizzle out?
You use all the right formulas and tools but out of no-where obstacles, challenges and set-backs show up and then self doubt takes over. You want to believe... you really do but secretly a part of you gets discouraged and then you get this urge to bail before the other shoe falls. Sound familiar?
This cycle repeats itself over and over again until you completely change your “goal setting strategies“. See when you set big goals… gorilla goals…then secretly there is a part inside of you…a tiny part that really doesn’t completely believe and therefore you aren’t in harmony with your goal. So how do you change your goal strategy?
First and foremost, after you set your overall “gorilla goal” then you need to chunk it down into smaller bite size goals. The smaller the better because that is how you activate the Universal Law of Believing. When you believe with every cell in your body then you magnetically draw that belief into existence.
We can believe that we can exercise and eat healthy for one day but we question whether we can do it consistently for 30 or even 7 days for that matter…but one day…yeah…we can do that. Other goals work the same way…so next time you set a goal (you are doing this everyday, right?) start with a “gorilla goal” and then chunk it down into tiny- weeny bite size mini-goals. Set your intentions for each smaller goal and then visualize each one for 17 seconds every day.
Yeah, I know…this requires some self discipline and your commitment but I assure you it is worth it. Your life and business will take quantum leaps forward and upward.
