Courage
Just seeing the word “courage” can trigger those thoughts, feelings, and give you a extra dose just when you need it most.
Do you know how much power is hidden within each and every one of us? We just need to use effective tools that allow us to tap into our own resources.
You may just want to write out the word “courage” and read it every morning when you wake up. You may want to post the word “courage” on a stick-it note and post it on your computer screen or you may want to post it in your car.
Whenever you feel the opposite feeling “fear” – call forth the feeling of “COURAGE”. Ask it to replace the old feeling and then stand in stillness and allow the new feeling to replace the unwanted one.
Inhale the new feeling- COURAGE and then exhale the old feeling- FEAR.
Visualize the new feeling being released and expanding outward throughout your body. See the old feeling leaving your body and dissipating.
You are POWERFUL, COURAGEOUS, and FEARLESS!
