A blueprint is a combination of specific ideas with a mapped out goal plan to follow to achieve it. How can you increase the odds of achieving your goals? Share it and add in the accountability component.

Every year since 2010, I write a detailed list of goals for the entire year. Starting in 2012 I added another process called “Reverse Engineering” and in 2013 I added a monthly review process as well.

Now in 2018 I have added a component called my Monthly Goals Report where I share the progress toward my 30 day goals publicly. And because I am sharing this monthly on my own blog it will help hold me accountable as I raise the bar of my own productivity with higher standards.

I start the year, every year with a annual conference that I designed called “Create Your Best Life.” This is an extension of that theme: Create Your Best Month, each and every month in a format that can be seen, shared, reviewed, tweaked, revised and measured. Here it is my January Goals Report.

Thank you for reading it. It’s my intention that you may glean some insight, inspiration or motivation towards your own desire, goals, and visions for your life or business as well.
Here are the categories I have set goals in below: Health, Business, Relationships, and Money.

My 2018 Goals Breakdown

 

HEALTH & FITNESS GOALS: (5 Health Goals listed below)

1. I will work out 5-6 times a week with a variety of exercise routines to build tone, lean muscle, strength, and endurance.

Weight Training including Osteo-Strong Workout (3-4 x a week)
Yoga and Stretching (on my balcony at home or gym downstairs 5 x a week)
Walking on the beach or outside in nature (3-4 x a week)
Spin class (2 x month)

This month I’ve committed to my health at a higher level and will increase the intensity throughout the year to accomplish my annual goal of being in the best physical shape of my life by December 31, 2018.

2. I will meditate everyday for 20-60 minutes

I am meditating using various techniques. I prefer early morning time for this daily ritual. I will be sharing more details on my morning rituals in future blog posts.

3. I will hydrate with 2 glasses of water FIRST thing in the morning followed by taking my Cod Liver Oil mixed with Vitamin D.

4. I will easily continue to optimize my overall health, vibrancy, and energy by incorporating the following on a weekly basis:

Green Juicing
Vitamin B shots
Breath Techniques
Massage Therapy

I have felt an more energized than ever by incorporating these techniques on a regular basis. I plan to consistently expand my knowledge and add components for optimized health throughout the year. I am attending a longevity conference in the summer and am looking forward to learning more and more about bio-hacks for optimized health.

5. I will easily care for my skin using skin block daily, wear sun protective clothing and using extreme care when out in the sun notably especially living in sunny South Florida right on the beach.

Last year I was diagnosed with several basal cell carcinomas; one on the right side of my nose, one on my leg and several on my arms. I used a combination of Aldara skin cream and blue light treatments to heal those areas and it was successful. I am committed to take excellent care of my skin and use prevention in every way possible.

MISSION & BUSINESS GOALS: (12 business goals)

1. I will successfully complete “Create Your Best Life” 2018 with 130 people at the conference sharing my highest level personal and professional growth techniques and help almost everyone in that room enrich their lives in some way, shape or form.

This month we kicked off 2018 with our annual conference with 24 speakers sharing in a TEDX format over two days. We received great feedback from the program and will continue to engage, help, support and inspire in the months ahead to keep the momentum going.

2. I will easily host 3 Create Your Best Day (Month and Year) on line programs sharing my most cutting-edge best life strategies and help thousands of people excel in their lives by the end of the year. This month, January, I launched the first one called “Create Your Best 40 Days, Yet” with an enrollment of 25 plus people. We have completed through day 30 and have gotten great feedback from people in the program.

3. I will easily host 2-4 Life and Business Flourish Masterminds this month and continue throughout the year.

Right now, I’m formatting an on line version of our monthly and weekly mastermind groups. We successfully launched our new Mastermind 120 Planner and Divine Living Life System.

4. I will easily create a new personal growth course or on line business course that can help thousands of people enhance their lives by the end of the year, December 31, 2018.

5. I will easily expand our Success Blueprint team by adding 2-4 new talented, smart and passionate driven go getters to grow our business on line by the end of the year.

I recently hired a VA overseas for SEO and a video editor. This is an ongoing process as we build towards expanding our team.

6. I will easily create a new physical product or book that enhances lives and solves problems in a unique way to launch and sell on Amazon by the end of the year.

7. I will easily publish 50-75 videos on the Wendi Blum YOUTUBE channel while impacting millions of lives by December 31, 2018.

This month, I published 8 new videos on the YouTube channel as I prepare to officially launch. I have dedicated 2-3 hours a day to learning, researching and mastering the video content and creation as well as developing my video speaking skills. It’s been labor intensive and a labor of love at the same time. I am dedicated and focused on delivering value and to use this platform as a way to give and serve. I am committed to continuously raising the bar and delivering more, greater and better each month on my channel.

8. I will easily publish 50 blog posts on WendiBlum.com, while impacting thousands of lives by the end of the year, December 31, 2018.

This month, I published 4 new blog posts, which are here on my Wendi Blum website. I am focused on developing my writing skills, video content and production, and podcasting skills throughout the entire year. I know I have a long way to go yet I am committed and my WHY is enormous. It is my deepest desire to give, share and serve by offering rich content to 1,000s of people while I am here on this planet in my lifetime.

9. I will easily have at least 1,000 YouTube subscribers on the Wendi Blum YouTube channel by December 31, 2018.

GOAL: 1,000 (83 a month)
RESULT: 143 (46 two weeks after launch last month)
PROGRESS: mostly on track

The Wendi Blum YouTube channel has grown by 30% this past month in our pre-launch phase. I am committed to excellence and will do whatever it takes to deliver massive value through my videos on this platform. I may have a long way to go but will apply my 1%. improvement philosophy of getting 1% better with each video I produce. After 100 videos I will have improved 100%. I am dedicated to this process and will do my very best to learn, grow and deliver even more value throughout the year.

10. I will easily reach at least 15,000 views (1250 views per month) on the Wendi Blum YouTube channel by the end of this year, December 31, 2018.

I’m excited about launching my YouTube channel over the next couple of month. As I publish more videos of higher quality every week and offer more and more value I am confident that this number will be achievable. I am also patient throughout the process as I grow into my overall goals.

11. I will easily reach at least 10,000 unique visitors ( 833 a month) on Wendi Blum. com by the end of the year December 31, 2018.

My business has consistently grown for in person workshops, seminars, coaching, etc. As I put more and more effort into my on line business I am confident I will grow it as I add more and more value consistently to my website as well.

12. I will easily launch my Podcast series by the end of the year, December 31,2018.

GOAL: 1,000 listeners
RESULT: will launch fall of 2018
PROGRESS: I have pushed this project back to stay focused on the others listed above.

I have thought about launching my podcast for 1-2 years now and even though I have signed up for the service and enjoy listening to many other podcasters, I have not as of yet, committed to a launch date. I am in the plan formulating stage and am committed to first mastering the goals outlined above before launching another phase. For now, I am comfortable knowing that it will happen sometime during this calendar year.

RELATIONSHIP GOALS: (3 Relationship Goals)

1. I will easily continue my daily living relationship goals, rituals and habits with my husband to be, Harry. Weiss My overall goal is to be the best girlfriend and future wife. My commitment is to love, honor, respect and nurture our lives together in a sacred intimate way that supports our unique individualism.

GOAL: Making Magic Happen
PROGRESS: ON TRACK

Harry and I have incorporated several rituals that allow us to connect on a deep soulful level. We have a committed date night each week that usually includes a meal in followed by a movie. Every morning I lay by his side as we take 3 deep breaths together inhaling in Health, Love and Having a Great Day in a rhythmic way while our hearts are physically connected.

2. I will lovingly connect with each member of my immediate family at least once a month in person or over the phone to nurture our relationship by December 31, 2018.

January, was a very full month and I am filled with joy to say I have been able to see both of my sons (yes, they even stayed over together in our home). I also spoke stayed in close contact with my niece and her family. There are so many ways to go deeper in our connecting using FaceTime, etc.

3. I will regularly connect with one old friend and one new friend at once a week in-person or over the phone to nurture build, and establish deeper roots with those relationships by end of the year December 31, 2018.

GOAL: 8 engagements per month

I connected with three old and very dear friends that I haven’t been in touch with for many years. One of those friends actually stayed overnight in our home one night because she had traveled in from LA and was one of my speaker at my conference “Create Your Best Life 2018.” I also etched out the time to meet a couple of new contacts for coffee and go for a beach walk.

LIFESTYLE & TRAVEL GOALS: (4 Travel and Lifestyle Goals)

1. I will experience a variety of new and exciting activities each and every month that bring me joy (dancing, art shows, concerts, bike riding, comedy, sporting events, etc…).

My new and exciting activities this month included a mini dancing workshop in Miami and spending the day at Hippocrates Health Institute.

2. I will happily spend at least 1-3 months living in a hip cottage in Asheville, North Carolina.

Harry and I spend 2-3 months traveling during the summer months. This coming year we have shortened our expected trip because of our wedding. We plan to add it back in during 2019.

3. I will joyfully travel to Central Florida for my Optimized Health Retreat in combination with Michael Singer, author the Untethered Soul and Michele Berlin.

GOAL: March 15-March 18th

Michelle Berlin and I are hosting a retreat where we all stay together in a quaint farmhouse. I am looking forward to presenting cutting edge personal growth strategies along side with my partner who will be teaching and leading sound healing, yoga and breath. In addition, I am looking forward to hosting this group in locally only a few hours drive to the central part of the state and in conjunction with Micheal Singer, the author of a book I greatly value.

4. I will easily travel overseas for 3- 4 weeks by end of the year, December 2018.

GOAL: 1 INCREDIBLE journey
RESULT: July – August 2018
PROGRESS: In progress.

I am co-leading a retreat in Bali July 19-August 1, 2018. I plan to travel out ahead of our group and make a stop over in Monte Carlo and Thailand before meeting up with our group for the duration of the trip.

4. I will easily travel to Europe for a conference.

GOAL: To meet and network with the group of successful entrepreneurs.

SPIRITUAL & CONTRIBUTION GOALS:

1. I will easily listen to 6 or more spiritual books on Audible.

I am in the process of listening to two books on entrepreneurship right now and plan to incorporate more spiritual reading towards the end of springtime.

2. I will easily raise $3,000- $5,000 for Women and Wishes December 31, 2018.

GOAL: $2,800 raised in the month of January

For the last three years, I have picked various organization to partner with to raise money for. Women and Wishes was our charity for Create Your Best Life 2018 in January. I am proud of the money we have already raised and am committed to date. I am also committed to give 100% of the proceeds from my weekly Mastermind group in Boca Raton to this organization on going throughout the year.

3. I will easily donate $5,000 towards building a school by December 31, 2018 here or abroad.

GOAL: $5,000 donated to build a school.

For the last several years, involved with funding homes for families in Haiti. I’ve personally given over $12,000 to cover costs for 3 houses but in my name and both of my son’s through Frank McKinney’s foundation. My oldest son and I, Daniel even traveled with to Haiti with over 60 contributors and Frank and his team to meet the families in their communities. I then organized a group and took 10 people back down to fund food for those families as well. This year, I want to expand into building schools. I am not sure yet where they might be located but I am openly looking for opportunities to get involved here and overseas.

I want to thank each and everyone of you for reading my goals report. I have been inspired to share my goals in this format by Project Life Mastery. Although I have used a similar system over the years it has only been recently in 2017 that I have started sharing my own process publicly. The very first time I did so was to recap last year, 2017.
