When was the last time you really laughed out loud…a deep belly laugh?
A good chuckle every single day will keep the mental health doctor away and has enormous other health benefits. Your skin will glow, you will feel amazing, and you will inject others with the same good feeling too.
I do think that social media has at least adopted the LOL as a way to connect with others in an attempt to bring people closer through a “good text laugh” together. So here is my idea of how to incorporate more laughter into your daily life…how about every time someone sends you a message with LOL in it, you actually take that literally and LAUGH OUT LOUD?
The cool part about laughter is that you can share it so easily. It is enormously contagious – so now that you have a good excuse to be silly, goofy, and ridiculous…BE YOURSELF!
