What is a Mantra?

According to the Wikipedia it is “a word or phrase that is repeated often or that expresses someone’s basic beliefs.” It is often associated with meditating or other forms of spiritual practices.

Believe in yourself.

You can create any future you want however you must write it down and remind yourself of it.

Get to know yourself intimately.
Forgive yourself. Forgive others.
Learn and grow everyday.

Surround yourself with amazing people that believe in you so they can lift you up when you need it most and at the same time you can mirror their traits, resilience and wisdom.

You have the power to reprogram your subconscious mind. Train yourself to release repetitive negative thinking.  Learn to program your mind to focus on what you want and not what you don’t want.
