What if your brain is the mack daddy of all computer systems and has been downloading programs from the time you were born up until this very moment? It would be darn full if you haven’t been deleting files along the way! That is exactly how our subconscious mind works. It stores every download (every billboard you drove by, every story a friend told you, and every experience you ever had) until you start to delete files.

That is the power of your subconscious mind. It is something that can work for you or against you without you even knowing it is calling all of the shots. Isn’t it time you start to weed out the negative thoughts and replace them with the good ones? Is that even possible?

You betcha it is but it will take a burning desire, lots of practice, and many others to help you in the process. If you are open, willing, and ready to take action…

Start with these 3 steps below:

1.) Take a self assessment- What am I still holding on to? Is there something or someone in your past that you keep referring back to in conversations that has become your reason why you can’t seem to get ahead?  Start small and notice  if someone or something has bothered you this week. Call forth the situation and write it down.  Now rip up the piece of paper (or burn it) and say I free myself by letting this go, right here and right now!

2.) Setting a few minutes aside every morning to decide the type of person you want to be for the day. Set the intention to be compassionate, organized, or (and) creative. Speak them out loud and allow the feeling to bubble up inside of you. The more zest you have in your desire the deeper the imprinting into the subconscious mind. Speak like you really mean it.

3.) Lastly, be gentle with yourself. Accept where you are right now and be grateful that everyday is a new opportunity to get better. When you are grateful, your energy shifts and as you start to feel better that feeling is imprinted as a memory into your subconscious mind.

Wishing you much SUCCESS, PROSPERITY and LOVE,

just-wendi
