What is your deepest fear? We all have them. They keep us frozen in mediocrity. They hold us back, keep us stuck, and become our excuses.

They can also free us. They can propel us forward. They can help us break through to our highest potential.

Fear itself is actually good. It is what we do with it that is limiting. So how can we strengthen our courage muscle and live fearlessly?

Here is a list of 5 ways to BREAK the FEAR cycle once and for all!!!

1.) Embrace the fear- look it square in the eye (ok, fear, I am ready for you).
2.) Get to the root- know your story (it all started back when I was a little girl…blah, blah, blah).
3.) Rewrite the story- create a new one (I am changing the ending of this movie, for sure).
4.) Challenge yourself- get a advocate (thanks for believing in me, and now I am doing this no matter what).
5.) Do something you fear everyday (No one says it’s going to be easy but it will sure be worth it)!

Here’s to living your fullest and greatest potential, right through the excuses and into NIRVANA.
